2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • ILJO Company Limited ("ILJO") is responsible for sourcing and supplying authentic products, with approximately 80-90% originating from trusted Korean brands and the remainder from premium factories in China, Japan, and other locations. Product origin is clearly noted on each product page.
  • Pure Crafted, as ILJO's sub-brand, manages all customer-facing services in Malaysia, including marketing, customer support, order fulfillment, and logistics arrangements.
  • Both parties collaborate to deliver a seamless experience, with ILJO guaranteeing product authenticity and quality, and Pure Crafted ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Any disputes related to product quality or origin fall under ILJO's purview; service-related issues are managed by Pure Crafted.


3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts to use our Services. By using Pure Crafted, you confirm you meet these requirements.


4. Products and Orders
