- We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below.
- We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or those refused by customs.
Returns
- Returns for full-price items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be new, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, product name and the photos of the product you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
- Items sent back without a RAC will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
- All Sale Items, Special Discount Offers, and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping promotions, gifts with purchase, or pop-up events) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Please check the details of each promotion carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned items, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the physical products and complete our inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment and will include the item cost plus any applicable sales tax.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable. For change‑of‑mind returns, the return shipping fee (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis‑described products under applicable consumer protection laws.
Free Shipping Orders
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return any item for reasons other than defect or shipping error:
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost that was waived under the free shipping offer.
- Refused shipments will not be refunded.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please save the package, packing materials, and damaged item(s), and email us immediately at [email protected].
Return Misuse
We monitor return and refund activity to protect our customers and our business from misuse, fraud, and excessive returns. Where we identify unreasonable or abusive patterns, we may, at our sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, limit or refuse returns, refunds, or future orders.
